La reine Mathilde de Belgique visite l'école maternelle GVKS Groenendaal à Merksem en Belgique le 15 novembre 2023. 15-11-2023 Merksem Queen Mathilde visit the GVKS Groenendaal nursery school in Merksem, as part of the week of reading aloud, which takes place this year from November 18 to 26. She participates in a reading session aloud with children from the third kindergarten and allophone parents who take Dutch lessons at school. She then attended a discussion on this subject and on the importance of reading companions aloud. The week of reading aloud is an annual event of the ASBL "Iedereen Leest", which aims to promote reading out loud. This new edition is called "Do you want to be my reading companion aloud?".
