Pictures MUST credit: NBC Singer Billie Eilish has told how the Barbie movie hit song What Was I Made For was forged in one sitting with her brother and co-writer Finneas O'Connell. The song topped the charts in the USA for 14 weeks and has been streamed more than two billion times. The tune comes in at the end of the blockbuster after Barbie, played by Margot Robbie decides she wants to be human. Eilish, 21, spoke about the writing of it when she appeared on the Jimmy Fallon Talk show after the song got five Grammy nominations including song of the year. She and Finneas, 26, were invited by the movie's director Greta Gerwig to see some scenes from the then uncompleted movie before being shown the part that required the song. Eilish, in Barbie baseball cap, knee length baggy shorts and a golfer's style pink and green patterned sleeveless sweater , sat cross legged to speak to Fallon. Picture supplied by JLPPA
