It is called Norlana and is described as an ultra-modern active lifestyle community and hopes to attract billionaires and their superyachts to a specially built marina. It is the latest addition to the evolving regional NEOM development in the northwest of the country. It will be an exclusive community of 3,000 residents situated on the Gulf of Aqaba's coastline. Norlana will offer contemporary luxury living using advanced technology for sustainable modern living. There will be 711 residential properties including deluxe mansions, apartments and beach villas integrated with the surrounding dunes.
