Pictures must credit: Red Bull Advanced Technologies /Dutch Drone Gods The world's fastest camera drone has been developed — to put a new angle on Formula 1 TV coverage. A pioneering Dutch drone company joined forces with the Red Bull team, to develop the drone. It was able to keep up with the team's three times world champion. Max Verstappen on laps around Britain's Silverstone circuit while sending back high quality images. The drone, created by Dutch Drone Gods, also known as DDG, was improved with the addition of aerodynamic testing and lighter materials by Red Bull's Advanced Technologies unit. The result was that the missile-shaped remote controlled flyer was able to hit speeds of up to 350 km/h The Red Bull PFV Drone was piloted around the track by DDG's founder Ralph Hogenbirk as it tailed Verstappen. The process saw over a year of development and multiple iterations from the DDG team before it was put to the test. Picture supplied by JLPPA
