Le fouet d'Harrison Ford dans Indiana Jones vendu 525,00 $ US - Pictures must credit: Paramount An iconic whip cracked by actor Harrison Ford as adventurer Indiana Jones has sold for $525,00 USD / €485.400 at auction. Ford wielded the bullwhip for 1984 film The Temple of Doom, the second movie in the blockbuster Indiana Jones franchise. It went under the hammer at US auction house Heritage Auctions. A spokesperson said: " ‘Iconic; doesn't cut it. It's part of Indiana Jones' character.” The handcrafted item is made of kangaroo hide wrapped to a solid handle with a wrist loop fixed to the pommel. It was owned and displayed by the Planet Hollywood restaurant chain which put more than 1,600 film and TV props and costumes up for grabs with Texas-based Heritage. Picture supplied by JLPPA
