Pictures must credit: Six Senses / Select Group Plans have been unveiled for the world's tallest residential building. The 122 storey skyscraper will have a total of 251 apartments and penthouses all with access to world class wellness facilities. It is being developed by IHG hotel chain's Six Senses off shoot at Dubai Marina in the UAE. The residences include two, three and four bedroom homes, half-floor penthouses, four bed duplex mansions, and five-bedroom three storey so-called "sky mansions.” Six Senses says they will all be "engineered to promote sustainability, wellness, and happiness.” Residents will be able to choose from bespoke features and personal touches, including a wellness wardrobe stocked with home fitness and biohacking equipment and mood-boosting sensory art.
