The 66 storey Aston Martin Residences Miami is situated on the Miami waterfront, with 99% of the 391 condominiums sold ahead of completion. More than 50 residents are already owners of an Aston Martin car. The sail-shaped building was created to reflect the marina setting and offering panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the city skyline. The development boasts seven penthouses which all have private pools and spacious terraces – complimented by a range of expansive one to five-bedroom residences and duplexes. The jewel in the crown is a unique three-floor condominium, spanning a total 2,526 square metres of living space, situated at the pinnacle.
