Neustadt, Holstein, Germany - Street Art by HONSARFantastic street art in this beautiful Holstein town by HonsarHonsar, born in Frankfurt am Main, found his way into the graffiti scene in 1991 by painting "characters” and thus came to style writing. In search of his own visual language, he experimented with different graffiti styles under his synonym "Honsar”. While the lettering remains the formative starting point of his styles, Honsar fuses them with figurative details and organic shapes in order to enable different facets of observation. In his canvas works, the elements of his visual language are repeated without any characters. A recurring theme is the tension and dependency relationships between the individual and the corresponding social or systemic environment in which he or she finds himself.
