Pictures must credit: NBC Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria has told how she went to Rome to get the Pope to bless her marriage — and ended up making it a confessional. The 49-year-old actress , wearing a stunning white jacket-style mini dress, told TV talk show host Jimmy Fallon about her trip after his own audience with Pope Francis earlier this month. Longoria's trip came just before her marriage to movie executive and producer , Mexican-born Jose Baston, 56, in 2016. He had one previous marriage while Longoria had two. She said Jose thought it would be wonderful if the Pope would bless their union. Explaining her meeting, she said because the Pope is Argentinian and her husband is Mexican she got him to teach her how to say ‘you holiness' in Spanish.
