The streetwas unmarked & offered privacy & seclusion. Surrounded by ahigh wall, the three-bedroom two-bath residence featured a detached guest house & garage, lush gardens, a swimming poolpool, & a view overlooking the city. Marilyn purchased the home for under 0,00 from the Pagen family who had outgrown it. She began living in the home in March 1962 while the home was extensively renovated.
