Pictures must credit: ABC Wicked movie star Ariana Grande has revealed one of the first people to ring and congratulate her Oscar nomination for the movie — was her gynaecologist. The 31-year-old , who plays witch Glinda in the Wizard of Oz spin-off, told US talk show host Jimmy Kimmel she was in London when she watched the Academy Award nominations event. She said almost her phone started to go off and she had calls from her mum, family and friends and her gynaecologist. Kimmel, 57, congratulated her on making the shortlist for best supporting actress. It was one of ten Academy Awards nominations for the hit musical including Cynthia Erivo , 38, as the witch Elphaba for best lead actress, and costume and set designers. Picture supplied by JLPPA
