The 61-tear-old Pirates of the Caribbean actor buries his chiseled cheek behind the bushy growth for crime drama Day Drinker. In the film a female bartender on a private yacht played by Stranger Things TV actress Madelyn Cline , 27, encounters a mysterious, onboard guest played by Depp. According to the official synopsis, they soon find themselves entangled with a criminal figure in the guise of Spanish star Penélope Cruz , 50, " and connect in ways no one saw coming.” It is the fourth film Depp and Cruz have starred in together, after Blow (2001), Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (2011), and Murder on the Orient Express (2017). There is no release date given for the new film.
