Picture MUST credit: CBS Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds appeared on the Stephen Colbert US talk show to discuss the success of his British soccer team — and ended up helping try to find homes for some cute dogs. The 48-year-old owns Wrexham AFC with fellow Hollywood star Rob McElhenney. They completed their takeover of the Welsh football club in February 2021. The team just completed its third successive promotion and will start the 2025-26 season in the second tier Championship — one promotion from the Premier League. Later he joined Colbert , 61, on the host's occasional Rescue Dog Rescue slot to show off some pups from a dog's home that need families.
