A new Oscar Wilde artwork has been unveiled at Readings newest district Station Hill. The silver plaque depicts the face of Oscar Wilde who was an inmate of Reading Gaol with part of Reading Prison opposite. Oscar Wilde wrote the Ballad of Reading Gaol after his release from incarceration. Station Hill has recently been completed, connecting people and Reading.
